Our fall schedule will be updated throughout the year with drop-in one time commitment workshops of multiple dance styles.

Learn the fundamental techniques and exercises for ballet. Condition and tone, improve flexibility and glide with grace. A variety of barre work, center work, across the floor and short dance routines will be explored each class.

An exercise class with workout routines that are used for jazz/hip-hop dance technique training. After warming up our bodies, a series of stretch poses to improve flexibility, mobility and posture.
