Adult Dance classes
Take a step towards fitness and fun with a dance class! Try something new and follow your curiosity to start your dance journey. Challenge your memory, movement and creativity while learning dance choreography each class. Dance class is not only a fun activity to stay active, but a great social outing. Join our community with a supportive, positive atmosphere with other adults sharing the same passion for dance.
Whether you are a beginner who has always been curious about exploring dance, or an experienced dancer in your past and want to bring dance back into your life, we have classes for all levels.

Long sessions
We are offering Adult classes in 2 semesters, from September to December, and January to May. Register for 1 semester, committing to all weeks each month of that semester (Sept to Dec, or Jan to May). Tuition is billed monthly and is due at the start of every month.
short sessions
Dance in a class for a short commitment of 4 weeks. 4 week sessions are more progressive and detailed compared to a drop-in class. During class we will practice syllabus exercises and technique and will work on the same choreography of a longer dance routine, allowing you to feel confident with the movements and add expression or dynamics each time you add onto the dance.
Drop-in Classes
Drop-In classes are 1 hour of a specific routine or style. ($15) Our schedule will be updated throughout the year with drop-in one time commitment workshops of multiple dance styles. Click the link below for more details about our adult drop-in classes.
Performance opportunities
The studio creates a digital dance experience for our Holiday Showcase filmed in December. This is a dance show that is filmed in costumes and edited, shared as a link for you to download to your desktop.
In June, we have a live in-person recital to close the season. Adult dancers have the opportunity to wear a costume and perform live on stage in front of an audience. This live performance is strongly encouraged to participate in.
